Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at info@prados-official.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Returns cannot be processed without contacting us first.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable. Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Underwear and socks
- Perfumes without their original seal
- Items marked as Final Sale
Returns submitted after 14 days, or items returned worn or damaged without prior notice, will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can:
- Return items for a refund
- Choose a digital gift card with a 15% bonus (the fastest way to receive your refund)
Processing Times:
- Gift card refunds: 2–3 business days
- Refunds to your original payment method: 7–10 business days, with a few extra days for the amount to appear in your account
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@prados-official.com so we can provide a solution.
Return Costs
Returns are at the customer’s expense, including any customs duties or taxes. Always keep proof of shipment or tracking information until your return reaches our warehouse.
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 10 working days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or gift card is issued.
