Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders are shipped using a secure, trackable delivery service. Free shipping is available once your order reaches the minimum spend for your region—this is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Customs & Import Fees
Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. These costs vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Remote Area Surcharge
Deliveries to certain remote areas may incur an additional surcharge. This fee will appear at checkout once your shipping address is entered. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the surcharge will still apply for remote destinations.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellations or changes are not possible. We aim to process orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. During peak times, processing may take 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your region. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and actual delivery may vary due to local postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

  • During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

  • We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays); orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

  • If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@prados-official.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
